Once he created it and began using this tool, he says he wishes he had this resource all along. This fourth edition of his work is revised and newly annotated by Cheshire Law Group, a law firm focused exclusively on representing the legal needs of nonprofit organizations.

The statutory language of Title 15 published in this fourth edition reflects the version of the statute that was in effect as of August 2025, and reflects amendments made in 2022 and 2024.
