- For purposes of determining eligibility, the term “organization” includes: founders of startup nonprofit initiatives that may not have an entity structure yet, fiscally sponsored projects, nonprofit corporations, nonprofit limited liability companies (LLCs), charitable trusts, nonprofit unincorporated associations, and other entities that exist for nonprofit purposes.
